More recently we have acquired Way to Grow, a Colorado-based retailer of aeroponic, hydroponic, and greenhouse products as well as Home Grown Ventures (HGV) Nutrients, a manufacturer and distributor of a proprietary blend of water-soluble nutrients used for commercial agriculture. Together the five businesses create a leading omnichannel retailer of specialty agriculture and hydroponics equipment and supplies.

Delivery Driver Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team we are a growing, innovative company with opportunities for advancement As a Delivery Driver, you will be assigned roles such as driving, off-loading, loading, picking orders, replenishing stock, and conducting quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, package and wrap orders accurately.
  • Load and unload company vehicle.
  • Make sure all pallets in trucks are properly fastened.
  • Follow all OSHA and local municipality rules and regulations.
  • Ready and willing to help offload delivery at customer facility.
  • When not driving/delivering, be ready to assist in Warehouse activities.
  • Other duties as defined by Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify and fill customer orders
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing and delivery procedures
  • Keep warehouse and vehicles clean and organized daily


Requirements:

  • A positive "can do" attitude
  • Valid commercial License
  • Proven driving experience
  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
  • Knowledge of warehouse environment
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and/or move heavy products
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs consistently

Pay/benefits

  • Starting payrate at $18-$20/hr, DOE
