Essential Duties include:

  • Post factory invoices and reconcile parts statements
  • Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit
  • Reconcile and process daily credit card deposit
  • Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable ledger
  • Research and process bad checks for collection
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors as necessary
  • Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash handling/balancing

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience as an accounts receivable/payable clerk in a dealership
  • Team player working with other departments in a positive way to accomplish the same desired result
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
