We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Maitre D' to be the face of our exclusive members-only restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and experiences the highest standard of hospitality from the moment they enter.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well-cared for.
  • Oversee reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring the smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management and service staff to maintain a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage and train the host team, ensuring that all members are knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and any upcoming events or promotions.
  • Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring total satisfaction.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and presentation, reflecting the exclusive nature of the club.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service timing and ensure that each guests dining experience exceeds expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maitre D' or in a similar leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
