  • Serve as a Boston market leader driving revenue and team growth.
  • Serve as an in-office leader, working to build culture, camaraderie, and collaboration across professionals in various roles, cities, offices, and regions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team on market growth plans and strategy.
  • Make improvement recommendations to other partners and firm leadership.
  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
  • 10+ years of Domestic Litigation Experience
  • 1st chair family law experience, and experience handling complex litigation matters.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
