What youll be doing:
  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
  • Provide assistance with personal care.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
  • Properly manage household needs.
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.

What you can expect for the hiring process:
  • An example for the role of Caregiver is:
    1. Application Review: Our recruitment team will review your application within 1 business day of submission.
    2. Initial Phone Screening: If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted for a 15-20 minute phone screening within 2 business days.
    3. Interview: Successful candidates from the phone screening will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager. This typically takes place within 3-4 business days weeks of the application date.
    4. Final Decision & Orientation: We aim to have the best caregivers and attempt make a final decision and start orientation within 24-48 hours after the interview.
  • Feedback: All candidates who reach the interview stage will receive feedback on their application status.
