We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Assembly Technicians. As an Assembly Technician at dakBUILT, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our high-quality products. If you have a passion for assembly work, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of various components and products according to provided blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes, troubleshoot issues, and achieve production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar assembly role preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
  • Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods
