Responsibilities: Teaching kids and adults how to sail in Cape Cod Mercury 15' sailboats.
Requirements: Sailing experience is required. CPR and First Aid certifications and some weekend availability is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. You must be friendly, outgoing, dynamic, and engaging. Instructor certifications are desirable but not required.
Starting Pay for Instructors: $16.50-25/hour + tips based on experience
