Job DescriptionJob Description

Vascular centers of America is looking for a Cath lab administrative assistant to join our team in our NY city office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. 


The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and a team player who will go the extra mile to help out.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communications - Call and answer phone calls as needed.
  • Patient chart prep
  • Catheterization Lab - Assist with lab tasks
  • Transportation - Schedule and coordinate transportation (Ubers) for our patients

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive, high-energy attitude
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
