Welcome to BACA, where we are dedicated to providing top-tier, evidence-based, and compassionate mental health services to children, teenagers, and their families. At the heart of our commitment is the provision of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), designed for those experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms requiring a more focused approach than standard outpatient services. We will be opening a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in the coming weeks.

Are you passionate about delivering patient-centered mental health therapy? BACA is currently seeking a skilled full-time associate therapist to contribute to our IOP and PHP programs. As a crucial member of our team, you will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming their unique challenges. Your role involves the effective use of our program's resources, tailored to meet the specific needs and recovery goals of each client. Collaboration with our interdisciplinary team ensures the delivery of comprehensive and integrated care.

Onsite Requirement: Onsite, Mon-Fri from 10am-7pm

Hourly Rate: $32 per hour with 3k sign-on bonus

Some of the essential functions of the role include:

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

  • Document all sessions, plans, and progress updates accurately and timely

  • Provide clients and families with coping resources

  • Facilitate psychoeducational and skill-building groups

  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as necessary

  • Coordinate care with external providers
