As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Head of Supply Chain to lead our supply chain operations and contribute to the continued success of our franchises.

Position Overview: As the Director of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the supply chain strategy for our food and beverage franchise brands. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations, and driving cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain activities, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and expansion plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased efficiency within the supply chain.
Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other key partners to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain network.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements and optimize procurement costs.
Inventory Management:
  • Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to forecast demand accurately and optimize inventory levels.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution, to ensure seamless processes and timely delivery of products to franchise locations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions to the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior supply chain role within the food and beverage industry or a related field.
  • Franchise experience preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in supply chain management.
