Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician: Orangeville, IllinoisOur client in the Orangeville, Illinois area is an industry expert production facility seeking motivated individuals to join their expanding team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will primarily be working with the Maintenance Manager to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed successfully and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all mechanical aspects of manufacturing and operations maintenance. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Excel in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Generate parts and supply orders as necessary.
• Manage time effectively to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
• Proactively respond and perform manual repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment per the sanitation schedule.

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent required.
• Fabrication and welding experience highly preferred.
• Electrical knowledge (220, 440)
• Plumbing knowledge
• Hydraulics, motor assembly/disassembly
• Experience within maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing environment, preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance, preferred
• Operation of skid steers and fork truck experience preferred

Pay for Maintenance Technician: $18+/hour.Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Type: 1st Shift, Full-timeSchedule: Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
