Congo Brands is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Operations Intern/Admin

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the supply chain team in ensuring efficient and effective operations, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This is a flexible position that assists in several key data organization and tracking functionalities.

Key responsibilities:

· Perform order entry across all Congo LOB’s within our ERP.

· Provide Order Acknowledgements to customers via EDI.

· Create outbound EDI labels based on Customer specifications and shipping data.

· Send Advanced Shipping Notices to customers via EDI platform.

· Complete any order changes requested by customer, via EDI or Email.

· Help develop processes that improve/increase the effectiveness of productivity and efficiency.

· General data analysis and tracking of current orders.

· Track sales reports, keep detailed accounts & status reports, and perform data entry.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Must be a currently enrolled university student.

· Proven ability to present summary-level information to key account managers.

· Experience leveraging tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, and TMS platforms is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proactive, self-starter, solutions-oriented, embraces change, entrepreneurial spirit.

· Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with cross-functional teams.

· Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to learn new software quickly.

· Eagerness to learn, innovate, and present idea/recommendations to team.
