The successful candidate will have excellent academics, a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation, and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judicial officers.
- Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and tactics.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and billing records in an organized and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on developments in commercial litigation law and procedure.Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.Benefits:
