Diamond Properties is in search of a Maintenance Technician. The MT will monitor Velocity system operations and possess several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.

Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Timely completion of work lists
  • Keep a log of maintenance performed
  • Walk-through building spaces regularly to check for temperature irregularities.
  • Check vacant spaces regularly
  • Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
  • Lock/keys – repair and install new locks, prepare all necessary keys and provide keys to main office
  • Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Report any facility problems to immediate supervisor
  • Wear company shirts/uniform during working hours
  • Order and stock supplies
  • Repair drywall
  • Paint common areas and offices
  • Order and install signage
  • Clean common areas
  • Complete low complexity repairs
  • Interact with members to create positive customer experience
  • Other duties as necessary

Requirements: include but are not limited to the following:

  • Be on time
  • Good tenant relations.
  • Be polite, courteous and helpful at all times.
  • Professionalism at all times
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Able to work under pressure
  • general computer competency, email, maintenance software, etc.
