Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Analyze client insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.

Sales Generation: Actively promote insurance products and services to potential clients and close sales.

Policy Review: Regularly review clients' existing policies to identify coverage gaps and recommend necessary adjustments.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance clients' insurance portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options.

Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to our agency.


Requirements

Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and industry regulations.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance field, is preferred.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer Service Skills: A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and proactively pursue sales opportunities.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to accurately assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Must be willing to work well with a team and organized.
