Salary: Up to $65,000 annually
Schedule: 6am – 2pm typically, may flex

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
  • 5 years of experience in a Quality Technician role.
  • Background in manufacturing and parts production.
  • General knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
  • Can comfortably use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gages.
  • Mathematical skills, including statistics.
  • Computer aptitude, MS Office Suite, and ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Read, write, speak, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints.

Duties:
  • Measure and compare dimensions according to product specifications.
  • Sort and identify defective materials or products with accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers and internal team members professionally and effectively.
  • Identify, discuss, and troubleshoot issues to improve products and processes.
  • Comply with standards, policies, and practices of the ISO quality management system.
  • Promote and adhere to a safe work environment according to manual standards.
  • Identify and inspect different materials and products.
  • Maintain gage calibration systems for a variety of instruments.
  • Inspect, review, and audit quality of products, parts, materials, and processes.
  • Perform other duties as instructed.
