Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive in the service area
- Listen attentively to customers’ concerns and accurately record them
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspect for any additional service needs
- Consult with customers regarding recommended services and obtain their approval
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimate repair costs for customers
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs efficiently
- Keep customers informed of any delays or changes in the repair process
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized service area for a professional and welcoming atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a service advisor in the auto industry
- Proficient in computer and software systems used for service operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and document information
- Knowledge of Honda vehicles and service procedures is a plus
