Position SummaryIn this role, you will be working as a production associate in a Tier 1 automotive supplier. You will loading parts into a fixture and hitting a button that will either weld the parts together, or assembly them. Parts range from 1 lb - 12 lbs.

Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for loading stamped parts into a fixture and operating the machine
  • Visually inspect part after machine does its function to ensure it produced a good part
  • Responsible for keeping your work area clean
  • Responsible to be ON TIME for your shift (this is the biggest reason folks dont make it)


Minimum Requirements
  • Good attitude and attendance
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks (good hand dexterity)
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Must wear eye protection, ear protection, gloves and safety toe shoes/boots
