Are you looking to lead one of the fastest growing areas in the accounting industry? Anglin Reichmann Armstrong is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager or Partner to lead our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) group. This role is key in driving the CAAS group's strategic direction, growth, and performance, ensuring exceptional client service. Our CAAS group focuses on leveraging technology to better serve our clients by automating many of the back-office functions that are used in the monthly accounting process.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the CAAS group's strategic plan.

Client Service: Ensure high-quality accounting and advisory services, timely responsiveness to clients, professional communication and anticipate the needs of clients.

Team Development: Lead and mentor the team. Implement training programs to enhance skills.

Technology Integration: Stay updated on industry trends, including AI in accounting. Lead the adoption of innovative tools.

Operational Management: Oversee workflow, staffing, performance metrics, and technology deployment. Develop best practices.

Business Development: Actively pursue opportunities to grow both existing and new client relationships.

Thought Leadership: Engage in speaking, publications, and professional organizations.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in public accounting or similar field, with 5 years in leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, preferred.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, tax knowledge is preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in accounting software and technologies.

Attributes: Strategic thinker, client-centric, ethical, adaptable, and capable of handling complex situations.
