Customer Service Greeter/Porter

Monday- Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Hourly pay rate: $16.00 to $18.00
Are you customer service-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We'd like to meet you Lee Auto Malls in Westbrook is looking for a Customer Service Greeter/Porter for our BUSY service department.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive vehicles in and out of the service lane
- Shuttle service customers to/from various destinations
- Pick up parts from various locations as needed
- Promptly and professionally answer phone calls; assist with service appointment scheduling
- General administrative work, including filing
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
- Assist the Service Lane Manager and Service Parts Director with various tasks
Qualifications:
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of the team or independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
