Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWindchill AdministratorMajor Duties and Responsibilities - Install, configure, customize, maintain, and upgrade PTC Windchill products.
- Provide technical support, server management, network, and database administration.
- Troubleshoot Windchill technical issues including both server and CAD client-side
- Manage System Performance using PTC System or other monitoring tools.
- Develop and document processes and user guide.
- Use ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions.
- Ensure that new users get PTC Windchill products properly installed with appropriate permissions.
- Liasson with the Creo / Windchill Users group.
- Maintain user statistics of PTC products.
- 7+ years of experience with PTC Windchill including both experience managing the tool and supporting the associated infrastructure.
- Experience in working with engineering staff to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Experience with creating Windchill Products, Workflows, and Lifecycles and Creo configuration files.
- Experience managing PLM or PDM systems.
- Familiarity with the various Windchill Modules and CAD Tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for user support and ability to work well with peer system administrators.
- Ability to time manage and prioritize projects.
