As a new addition to the JGS Lifecare team in Longmeadow, your role as an RN/LPN Homecare Nurse will involve providing personalized care to our Residents in their homes. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our Residents. Your empathetic and customer-centric approach will be vital in building trust and rapport with those you care for.

To excel in the role of an RN/LPN Homecare Nurse at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you must possess a valid MA LPN or RN License, demonstrating your commitment to upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.
