Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar efficiently and safely, ensuring all necessary supplies and ingredients are readily available
• Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal menus for customers to enjoy
• Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and courteously
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to maintain high customer service standards
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and secure all cash throughout each shift

Qualifications:

• Must have exceptional customer service abilities
• Demonstrated experience in bartending is required
• Availability must include nights and weekends
• Familiarity with state and local liquor regulations is essential
