Position: Dye House Operator
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Start Pay: $18.00/hr (Increases to $20.00/hr once fully trained)

Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is seeking a dedicated Dye House Operator to join our team. As a Dye House Operator, you will operate production equipment in the Finishing Plant, including dye machines and padders. This position requires a hard worker who prioritizes safety, as you will be handling chemicals.
Abilities & Responsibilities:
  1. Work in hot or cold indoor environments and meet planned production levels.
  2. Execute production schedules or follow oral instructions regarding specifications and quantities.
  3. Lift fabric rolls and move materials manually, with a pallet jack, or by motorized carrier (e.g., lift truck).
  4. Correctly string up the padder and process materials per specifications.
  5. Safely work with various chemicals used in processing linens.
  6. Notify supervisors of quality issues, machine malfunctions, or the need for equipment maintenance.
  7. Maintain housekeeping in the work area and perform other assigned duties.
