    A Service Valet is typically responsible for assisting customers with their vehicles, providing valet services at designated locations such as hotels, restaurants, or events. 

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •    Greet customers courteously and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. 
    •    Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request, ensuring efficient and timely service.
    •    Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directions, and any additional requests they may have.  
    •    Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and escalate as necessary.
    •    Handle vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the valet process.
    •    Report any damages or issues with vehicles immediately to the appropriate personnel.
    •    Keep the valet area clean and organized.
    •    Perform routine inspections to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.
    •    Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
    •    Provide clear instructions to customers regarding valet procedures.

    Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
