Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDrive-Thru CashierWash hands when leaving/returning to station and at least once every hour.Primary Duties:
  • Recall order on the POS
  • Greet customer pleasantly. Smile and make eye contact with customers. Create as much conversation as time permits
  • Announce the total of the bill
  • Collect payment. Say “please” when asking for payment. Make correct change, and give receipt
  • State the amount of change as it is handed to the customer
  • Thank customer and hand out food order with appropriate accessories
  • Offer a warm closing, such as asking the customer to return
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer
  • Anticipate and react to sales volume changes
Secondary Duties:
  • Clean area (wipe down counter, beverage station, walls, sweep floor, mop floor, clean windows and spot check outside window)
  • Check change level in register
  • Ensure all sanitary waters are changed and linens rinsed or changed as needed (wash cloths, hand towels, etc)
