Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for plumbing? We want you As a rapidly expanding company, we’re in search of a high-energy, expert Plumbing Technician. You will be joining a team that works hard, has fun, and supports each other while bringing the value of our service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste disposal in residential, commercial buildings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Strong understanding of water distribution and waste water disposal in residential/commercial buildings.
• Diagnose problems and/or failures in plumbing systems (e.g. locate and repair water leaks, broken or clogged pipes, and plugged drains, etc.) for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.
• Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement.
• Proficient with scheduling software to efficiently manage appointments, service calls, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinates with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects efficiently.
• Maintains tools, company iPad.
• Keep your company van stocked, and clean both inside and out.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a residential service plumbing technician.
• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in water heater installation, both tanked and tankless units.
• Proficient in use of specialty tools/various drain cleaning equipment.
• Clean driving record.
