At AAA Forklifts, we're seeking a driven individual to join our team as a full-time Forklift Repair Shop Team Lead in Orlando, FL. As a natural leader, you have the chance to play a key role in guiding our technicians to success and ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop.

We provide a competitive salary ranging from $62,500 to $83,000, along with an incentive-driven commission structure and comprehensive benefits package.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP TEAM LEAD

Do you enjoy building a rapport with customers? Are you friendly and detail-oriented? If this sounds like you and you meet the following criteria, we want you as a manager

  • 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic
  • 1+ years of experience in field or shop service
  • Previous experience building motors and transmissions/hydraulic pumps
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Factory training (preferred)
  • Experience working as a mechanic in an industrial or plant environment OR formal automotive training in a trade school/ASE (preferred)

DAY-TO-DAY

As a Forklift Repair Shop Team Lead, you're vital to our shop's success. Each day, you assess workloads, schedule technicians, and provide hands-on training and support. With meticulous attention to detail, you oversee invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy. Your focus on exceptional customer service ensures client satisfaction. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence in this manager position keep our shop running seamlessly.
