Looking for a Salesforce Quality Analyst, responsible for creating test plans for Salesforce, MuleSoft middleware, and NetSuite ERP systems. This person will collaborate with other Analysts and the Development teams to ensure testing is well-designed and performed within an Agile framework. In addition, partner with other teams to contribute to architecture and various development environment documentation as needed. Using a data-driven approach, create automated tests designing and owning the automation suite for Salesforce

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving testing tools, techniques, and strategies to improve the overall testing efficiency, processes, and best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of SDLC and exposure to QA testing process methodologies such as Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall
  • Perform Functional, System, and UAT Testing and ensure test cases are optimal based on business requirements
  • Prepare Test Specifications, Writing Test Documents, and Maintain test data Requirements

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in science required
  • Min. 8+ years total experience
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as QA
  • Must have 3+ years testing Salesforce Application. Salesforce certification is preferred
  • Experience with database testing preferable
  • Must have experience testing API and with API testing tools such as SoapUI or Postman
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Expectations include a high level of initiative and a strong commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid software engineering skills - participated in full life-cycle development on large projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
