Key Responsibilities:

● Developing personalized treatment plans.
● Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare
standards.
● Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.


Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
● Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
● New York State Physical Therapist licensure.
● Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, including therapeutic exercises,
manual therapy, and modalities.
