At the moment, we are hiring Morning Shift 7 AM to 7 PM And Evening 7 PM To 7 AM
 

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate food processing machinery, involving set up and tear down
  • Direct crew activities (4 - 6 crew members)
  • Food processing room cleaning / sanitizing
  • Ensure process/product quality is maintained
  • Communicate with packaging crews, coordinators and/or supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with production processes or equipment preferred
  • Previous leadership experience (formal or informal)
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential
  • Ability to follow instructions and accurately complete documentation in a timely manner is required
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between company locations
  • Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts (7:00 am – 7 pm and/or 7:00 pm – 7 am), including weekends and holidays
(Just to inform all candidates, if you prefer working night shifts, your interview will be scheduled in the evening to align with the availability of the night shift supervisor.)
