Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, from greeting and diagnosing vehicles to explaining repair options.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.
  • Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling. Meet or exceed sales goals assigned by the district manager.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
