This client has been around for over 114 years and is a manufacturer of flow control products for the residential and commercial construction, institutional, fire protection and irrigation markets. They are looking to hire Maintenance Electricians. In this role, you'll be part of a team running preventative and corrective maintenance on their plant machinery. The expectations are that you know basic electrical principles (AC/DC, theory, etc.) and have the capabilities to utilize standard electrical maintenance tools.

Looking for those with an industrial electrical maintenance background, either from the military or in the manufacturing center. They'll train you on their specific machinery, they want folks who can join the team and be an asset to the maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work from written and verbal instructions and machine schematics.
  • Must be able to read and interpret repair manuals.
  • Welding, electrical, carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, general building maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair wiring and electrical controls of 277/480 volt and have a basic understanding of higher voltage (1320 volts)
  • Installation or relocation of machinery and equipment
  • Wire panel boards and electrical controls from drawings and schematics
Shift: 3rd Shift - Sunday-Wednesday 7pm-5:30am
Pay Scale: $28-32/hr + $1/hr shift differential + OT = $65k+ first year
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Industrial Electrical Maintenance
  • electricians mates, gas turbine electricians, power pro's from the military or those with manufacturing maintenance experience
  • can troubleshoot and repair wiring and electrical controls of 277/480 volt and would like to have some understanding of higher voltage (1320 volts)
