Full-time with All Benefits or Part-Time with Part-time Benefits: $37/hour + Sign-onFull-time Waiving INSURANCE only or Part-Time Waiving Part-Time benefits: $42/hour + Sign-onFull-Time No Benefits or PRN $44/hour (PRNs not eligible for sign-on bonus)
$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time or Part-Time PAID OUT HOURLY AT $5/PER HOUR
NEW MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR ROUND TRIP COMMUTE OVER 30 MILES

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):

• Responsible for the delivery and management of individualized patient care through the nursing process

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise CNAs and ensure shift is properly staffed

• Organize and assign jobs to be completed

• Administer medications and maintain a current report of narcotics received and used

• Monitor infection control and universal precaution practices

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN):


• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented

• Exemplary critical thinking capability

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
