Garlyn Shelton Auto Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Porter. This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our sales and service departments, ensuring that vehicles are transported, prepared, and maintained to meet our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer sales and service vehicles to and from the repair shop as required.
  • Deliver and pick up automotive parts as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service operations.
  • Apply appropriate service stickers on vehicles for tracking and identification purposes.
  • Provide courteous and reliable transportation for customers when necessary.
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for customer pick-up after repair services have been completed, paying close attention to detail to ensure vehicles meet the Garlyn Shelton Auto Group quality standards.
  • Assist in the detailing of vehicles, ensuring they are presented in an immaculate condition.
  • Transport vehicles safely between various locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Physical ability to move vehicles and perform some cleaning
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
