Position Summary

This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.

Job Essentials, Responsibilities, Duties

  • Name and save documents in Tri Star database
  • Sort, scan and save mail
  • Assist with formatting and printing of presentation materials
  • Update and maintain client master logs and trackers as assigned
  • Communicate with vendors (i.e. utility company)
  • Update and maintain group contacts and Tri Star database contacts as assigned
  • Update database client dashboard information to ensure accuracy
  • Client transition task assistance
  • Ad Hoc administrative projects as assigned
  • Cover reception

Specific Job Knowledge, skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to reliably report to the Tri Star office Monday - Friday
