Southwest Accessory Group, a leader in O.E accessories distribution is growing. We are looking for a full time Painter/Ceramic Installer in our Custom Koncepts accessory installation facility. This person would be responsible for painting blackout packages, which includes trim, emblems grills, door handles and some small fender blends etc. This person is also responsible for paint correction and applying Adams Ceramic coatings to all Dealer and retail vehicles all done in  a downdraft spray booth in a air conditioned facility. Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of the Painter/Ceramic Installer is carry out his or her duties  in a careful, safe, and conscientious manner, incorporating safety, customer service, and detail into every install job.

  • Paint and Ceramic will be performed on various vehicles. Very high end to vintage. 

  • While performing these , the Installer should have a great work ethic, verbal communication skills, and pay great attention to detail

  • Accuracy is essential to performing these jobs 

  • Treat customers cars/trucks with care and respect

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of previous installer experience 

  • A-level qualifications, must be able to mix and blend paint along with polishing and applying ceramic coatings

  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies

  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively

  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
