About the position: Supply Chain Supervisor onsite at MBUSA in Vance, AL. This position will rotate shifts every month, with weekend work scheduled.

Potential to earn a gross average of $1150.00/ weekly working an average of 40-50 hours per week.

Duties: The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all vehicle movement and inventory control. Serving as an expediter to transmit proper units to carriers, ensure vehicles are shipped outbound, and ensure goals are met by communicating and facilitating between parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all activities associated with the operations and distribution of yards.
  • Properly record all movement including shipping, receiving, and parking.
  • Perform monthly physical inventory.
  • Ensure vehicles are shipped outbound and assigned to the appropriate carrier.
  • Maintain daily processing schedule for planning and communicating production.
  • Assist in organizing factory retro activities, yard sorts, and quality holds to meet objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry, fundamental business practices, quality control, agency/ vendor management and budget management preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Must be able to build and manipulate spreadsheets to report information to external and internal colleagues.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be self-directed.
  • Detail oriented personality (accuracy of work is critical).

Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check and pre- employment drug screen.
