Welder Fabricator

JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Set up welding equipment to appropriate parameters as needed per job. Prepare metal surfaces or workpieces, using hand-operated equipment, such as grinders, cutters, torches, or drills.
• TIG Weld aluminum, thin (1/16") material, and perform fabrication techniques. Steel and Stainless Steel not required but preferred.
• Produce parts according to print specifications and scheduling requirements. Ability to read blueprints preferred
• Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces into holding fixtures.
• Prepare & transfer components, or metal products, using moving equipment.
• Keep machinery and work area clean and orderly.
• All DWT employees are required to follow safe work practices
• This job requires lifting 25lbs on a frequently throughout the day.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks as needed.
