POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for checking all customer receipts and enforcing entrance and exit policies at the door for customers and associates; has responsibility for the execution and enforcement of all company policies; uses various types of equipment and techniques: enforces, secures, helps customers or employees with basic store questions; physically stands at designated entrances to enforce company policies and to provide customer service if appropriate; report on suspicious activities internal or external to store management / Corporate Loss Prevention when appropriate. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and laterally to Corporate Loss Prevention management in cases of external or internal theft.

Essential Duties

?Provide excellent customer service with a smile while verifying customer and employee supply receipts at the door.

?Enforce entrance and exit policies.

?Report suspicious activity (internal or external) to Loss Prevention management.

?Assist store management during opening and closing procedures.

?Assist store management during emergency situations

Performs other duties as assigned or required.
