Cardiac Stress Tech

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a stress technician to join our team

This position will be 3 days in Woodstock and 2 days in Ellijay. Mileage is reimbursed when travelling between offices.

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Explains the purpose and procedure to patient for exercise stress test and stress echocardiogram
• Produces stress test tracings of good quality using proper techniques
• Recognizes arrhythmias and notifies the appropriate person if needed
• Performs exercise stress tests with or without pharmacological and nuclear agents accurately including monitoring all vitals and taking manual blood pressures accurately

Requirements:

• Dependable team player is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions
• Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness
• BLS certification
