- Perform assembly operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet regulatory standards and specifications.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clean room environment.
- Document assembly and inspection activities accurately and timely.
- Utilize relevant computer applications such as MS Word and Excel for documentation and data entry.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in using a microscope for extended periods.
- Experience working in a clean room environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
