Assist in the development and management of the company’s information technology (IT) infrastructure and communications technology in order to provide the most efficient support for current and future IT requirements.

Essential Duties
  • Provide end-user support and issue resolution for some IT systems.
  • Install and maintain company approved software/hardware solutions and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and practices
  • Support and maintain Active Directory accounts and groups, Exchange mailboxes, roaming user profiles, and permissions
  • Support Ethernet network cabling and other related equipment, devices, and systems
  • Support and maintain telecommunications systems by troubleshooting related problems with associated vendors
  • Provide support for handsets, cellular phones, voicemail, and new and emerging telecommunications related technology
  • Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource
  • Assist with administration of IT systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Operate systems to support company operations and provide service in the most efficient manner to ensure maximum end-use support
  • Take action to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security of IT systems
  • Utilize enterprise resource planning techniques for coordination of IT systems
  • Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and upgrades that impact system confidentially, integrity, and availability
  • Assist with implementing change management processes and procedures when needed
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional societies
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Basic KSAs
  • Must be computer literate and possess at least an intermediate understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs, performing other duties outside job description, as needed, to meet the company mission.
  • Must have an exceptional tolerance to stress and be able to function effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, and constantly changing work environment.
  • Must be able to adhere to all corporate policies / standards, procedures, company goals and priorities, company core values and practices.
  • Must be able to occasionally travel domestically for individual and department level job related / professional development training and company meetings.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding work performed, as well as protect company proprietary information.
  • Must be able to work and participate in a team environment, as well as independently.
Job-Specific KSAs
  • Must be able to quickly analyze diagnose and provide corrective action in regards to IT related issues and malfunctions.
  • Must be familiar with IT and telecommunications terminology.
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4 years of relevant and progressively responsible hands on work experience in IT.

OR

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field without the experience requirements listed above.

Relevant IT certifications preferred (e.g. security, apps, networking, database, infrastructure).

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must successfully complete a lengthy security screening process and possess and maintain eligibility for the appropriate U.S. Government security approval.

Must pass pre-employment, post-accident/incident, random, and “with probable cause” drug screening.

Must speak English.
