WeCare at The Pearl is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Unit Manager for our community in Rochester, NY.  Our Registered Nurse Unit Manager is a responsible to assure the optimal level of quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities·      Work by prearranged assignment.·      Accept changes and adapt to added assignments.·      May be responsible for medication room and narcotic keys.·      Make rounds frequently to check all residents.·      Accurate reporting and documentation of resident status and care needs information.·      Assist residents attending physician during visits and rounds.·      Assist in updating care plans as needed.·      Assign personnel and make staff adjustments according to needed coverage to meet resident needs. ·      Any other duties assigned. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise·      Previous geriatric experience.·      Previous supervisory experience.·      Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of NY
