Jobsite: KoloaSchedule: Monday - Friday (7:00a - 4:30p)
Responsibilities:
  • Patch and Paint Walls and Doors
  • Replace Keys and Weather Stripping
  • Repare/Replace Floor Tile and Carpet
  • Replace Light Bulbs, Plugs and Switches
  • Change A/C Filters and Check Coils
  • Appliance Repair/Replacement
  • Caulk Sinks, Tubs, Countertops
  • Minor Plumbing Repairs
  • Test/Replace Smoke Alarms
  • Perform Annual Inspections of Apartments
  • Maintain Tools and Equipment in Safe Working Order
Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of Related Experience
  • Ability to Reat and Interpret Documents Including Operating and Maintenance Instructions
  • Basic Computer Knowledge (Word/Excel/Internet)
  • Able to Use Hand Tools like Mowers and Weeders
  • Knowledge/Skills in Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Maintain Professional Appearance

(Starting Pay Rate = $25/hr)
