About the Role We are looking for CNAs and LNAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality care with empathy and respect. In this role, you will:

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, ambulating, transferring, and toileting. Your care will help maintain their dignity and independence.
  • Monitor and Report: Track vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration, and promptly report any concerns to the supervising nurse to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Ensure Comfort and Safety: Create a safe and clean environment for your patients, using proper positioning, lifting, and transferring techniques to maintain their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a current valid Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or Licensed Nursing Assistant license.
  • Possess a current valid Arizona Driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint card.
  • Reliable personal transportation is a must.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements or the ability to obtain.
  • U.S. citizenship or proof of legal work status.
  • Ability to successfully pass background checks.
  • Bilingual and/or conversational Spanish language ability is a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of college/training required for Arizona CNA/LNA license.
