The Opportunity:

Infinity Pools is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Client Liaison to take ownership of our pool construction projects and deliver unparalleled client experiences. This pivotal role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering outstanding client relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Construction Flight Control: Act as the central hub of project execution, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to timelines.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Superintendent Accountability: Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • RFIs, Work Orders, and Change Orders: Efficiently manage RFIs, work orders, and meticulously track change orders to ensure accurate cost control.
  • Job Cost Meeting Lead: Facilitate regular job cost meetings, effectively analyzing project budgets, and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Job Close Out/Budget Validation: Guarantee smooth project close-out, meticulously validating final budgets.
  • Client Communication and Relations: Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Safety Control: Champion onsite safety, diligently enforcing compliance with safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring workmanship adheres to Infinity Pools' exceptional standards.
  • Invoice Approvals: Carefully review and approve invoices to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Pool construction experience a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust with both clients and team members.
  • A solutions-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of construction principles, safety protocols, and quality control best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
