Job Description:

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will need to build relationships with Five Star Real Estate Realtors, generate leads, and assist them in finding the right insurance solutions for their clients. You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create confidence with our client and partners at Five Star Real Estate, utilizing those relationship skills to provide insurance policies / packages to individuals and businesses as a result of those relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Reaching sales goals, cultivating customer relationships, and providing remarkable service quality.
  • Developing, maintaining, and expanding your network to create insurance sales opportunities.
  • Use excellent rapport skills to establish trust, provide honest and empathetic interactions, and to maintain client retention to promote product loyalty.
  • Promptly contact the leads generated from warm leads, book of business, and other lead sources.
  • Follow-up to generate cross sell opportunities.
  • Actively listen to and address the clients objections and concerns.
  • Advise and educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
  • Create effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.

Requirements
  • Insurance Property and Casualty License REQUIRED.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in Insurance Sales (negotiable if candidate has extensive successful sales background)
  • Goal-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and be a team player to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
