As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, recording, and submitting warranty claims to the distributor and reconciling them accordingly.

What you'll be working on:

  • Processing extended warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by distributor
  • Reviewing extended warranty claims and correcting any errors
  • Maintaining good working relationships with the Service and Parts Departments
  • Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments
  • Handle rejected claims according to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written
  • Good team spirit and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools - especially Office 365 - Excel & PowerPoint
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Experience in extended warranty management an asset
  • Strong organizational skills a must
