Responsibilities:
- Review Access Logs - Regularly analyze access logs to investigate anomalous activities or security incidents. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Incident Investigation - Conduct thorough investigations into all reported cybersecurity incidents. Document incident details, findings, and resolution actions, ensuring comprehensive incident reports.
- Cybersecurity Policy Development - Draft, review, and update cybersecurity policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices. Effectively communicate and enforce security policies throughout the organization.
- Manage Cybersecurity Awareness Training Programs - Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees, emphasizing best practices, awareness, and incident response. Monitor and track employee participation in training initiatives.
- Review Vulnerability Scans - Conduct regular reviews of vulnerability scans and assessments to identify potential weaknesses in systems and applications. Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement remediation efforts.
- Patching Compliance - Collaborate with Systems Administrators to ensure timely and effective patching of systems, applications, and network infrastructure. Monitor and report on patching compliance, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Incident Response Plan (IRP) - Update, maintain, and test the Incident Response Plan to ensure it remains effective and aligned with current threats and technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute incident response exercises.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender ATP - Utilize expertise in Microsoft Defender ATP to enhance endpoint protection and threat detection capabilities. Stay informed about the latest features and capabilities of Microsoft Defender ATP and implement them effectively.
- Utilize Cybersecurity Tools - Manage and operate cybersecurity tools, including ZScaler ZIA and ZPA, Arctic Wolf MDR, Tenable.io, Knowbe4, Duo, and Cisco Meraki. Optimize tool configurations for maximum efficiency and effectiveness in threat detection and response.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender ATP and proficiency in using the cybersecurity tools mentioned.
- Familiarity with incident response procedures and plan development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
